LOVE THE SHAPE OF YOUR BODY
So many women are so critical of the body they were born with - their particular shape and height, ability or disability.
Genetically it can't change but medically it can - to a degree. Physically, with exercise and a sound eating plan, a body can be moulded to be more in line with what you may see as "worthy" to you.
Truly, just love the skin you're in and make the most of what you are blessed to have been created with.
